I am a nerdy and driven tech guy that love to learn new things and to build tools that help speed up mine and others workflow. My education in System Science has made it so I really value ease of use and not only "it works" as most developers tend to.
I have created multiple graphical and comandline tools that help speed up the workflow for both service desk and sysadmins. In the most extreme case it went from about 30 minutes to one minute per case after they started using my tool.
